Art-Sci in MOTION: Part I Concept to Proof

$35.00

Interdisciplinary ideas are exciting to imagine and surprisingly hard to build. Art-Science in MOTION: Concept to Proof is a structured digital workbook that takes you from scattered idea to a defined, testable proof of concept — through five guided modules built specifically for practitioners working at the intersection of art and science.

Description

Most frameworks were built for one discipline. This one was built for the space between.

Art-Science in MOTION: Concept to Proof is a digital workbook designed for artists, scientists, researchers and creative practitioners whose work lives at the intersection of disciplines — and who are ready to turn that work into something real.

Through five guided modules and practical worksheets, you’ll move through a complete thinking process: from mapping the relationship between your artistic and scientific interests, to distilling a focused project question, to designing your first proof of concept and reflecting on what you’ve learned.

What’s inside:

Module 01 — Relationship Mapping: Identify the specific relationship between art and science in your practice. Map your interdisciplinary identity and surface the questions driving your work.

Module 02 — Idea Distillation: Move from vague idea to workable project. Define your project question, format, and anchors — the elements that will hold your work together.

Module 03 — Project Design: Build a clear structure for your project. Define your inputs, process, and outputs, and begin to understand what success looks like within your real constraints.

Module 04 — Proof of Concept: Design your smallest possible experiment. Proof is not perfection — it’s your first observable test, and the evidence that moves your project forward.

Module 05 — Reflection: Process what worked, what didn’t, and what needs support. This module bridges directly into Part II of the Art-Science in MOTION Framework.

This workbook is for you if:
You have an idea at the intersection of art and science but aren’t sure how to structure it. You’ve struggled to explain your interdisciplinary practice to collaborators, funders, or institutions. You’re ready to move from thinking to building — and you want a clear, guided process to get you there.

This workbook is not a course. It’s a thinking system — practical, self-paced, and designed to complement rather than replace one-to-one support. Work through it in 60 to 90 minutes, or return to individual modules as your project evolves.

Part I of a planned trilogy. Part II covers Proof to Prototype. Part III covers Prototype to Dissemination.

For personal use only.
